Introduktion
Mit navn er Victor Lange. Jeg er PhD i filosofi med speciale i filosofisk psykologi. Det er en gren af filosofien, der undersøger sindets natur og grundlæggende egenskaber. Overordnet er jeg interesseret i, hvorledes meditation og eksistentiel selv-refleksion kan bidrage til at gøre vores liv meningsfulde. Det har ledt mig til at forske i spørgsmål omkring opmærksomhed, metakognition, værdiladet handlinger, psykologisk fleksibilitet og generelt forholdet mellem moderne psykoterapi og ældre traditioner i Buddhisme og eksistensfilosofi. Jeg har også forsket i etik, i særdeleshed dyds- og bioetik. Lige nu arbejder jeg som Carlsberg Foundation postdoctoral fellow med tilknytning til GoodAttention Project på Oslo Universitet på en bevilling fra Carlsbergfondet. Jeg har også været redaktør og meditationsinstruktør på platformen Regnfang, der udgiver podcasts om menneskesindet.

Introduction
My name is Victor Lange. I have a PhD in philosophy with specialization in philosophical psychology. It's a field of philosophy that investigates the nature of the mind and its basic features. Generally, I'm interested in how meditation and existential self-reflection can contribute to the meaning of our lives. It has led me to doing research on various questions concerning attention, metacognition, valued action, psychological flexibility, and the basic relationship between contemporary psychotherapy and older traditions in Buddhism and existential philosophy. I have also done research in ethics, in particular virtue and bioethics. Right now, I'm a Carlsberg Foundation postdoctoral fellow affiliated with the GoodAttention Project at the University of Oslo, funded by the Carlsberg Foundation. You can check out my earlier academic employment and affiliation in my CV. Besides I write poems (see publication list below). I've also worked as an editor and meditation facilitator on Regnfang, which is a platform that publishes podcasts about the human mind.
