Introduktion
Jeg er PhD i filosofi fra Københavns Universitet. I min forskning undersøger jeg meditation, psykoterapi, depression og bevidsthedens natur. Lige nu arbejder jeg som postdoc på et projekt, der er støttet af Carlsberg Foundation, men som foregår på Oslo Universitet i forskningsgruppen GoodAttention. Jeg arbejder også som meditationsinstruktør og skriver digte. Jeg er også redaktør og journalist på platformen Regnfang, hvor vi udgiver podcasts om menneskesindet (både på dansk og engelsk). Du kan se noget af mit grafiske arbejde i min første digtsamling eller herunder. Jeg skriver også musik, blandt andet for Regnfang og for podcast-platformen Anthropology on Air. I Regnfang arbejder vi lige nu med at færdiggøre et album med guitarloops til meditationspraksis (stay tuned).
Introduction
I have a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen. In my research, I investigate meditation, psychotherapy, depression, and the nature of consciousness. Currently, I work as a postdoc funded by the Carlsberg Foundation, with affiliation to the GoodAttention project at the University of Oslo. I also work as a meditation instructor and write poetry. I am also a part of the platform Regnfang—we publish podcasts on the human mind (both in Danish and English). You can find some of my selected publications below.
